Lion Air Opens 3 Flight Routes on May 10, 2017

Jakarta, May 9, 2017 - Lion Air opens their new routes to expand the connectivity network. Airlines under Lion Air Group will fly Surabaya - Palembang, Yogyakarta - Pekanbaru, and Palembang - Medan. The flight will start operating on May 10, 2017 with a one-time flight schedule per day.
Lion Air Group President Director Edward Sirait said the flight was opened to complete transportation needs during Ramadan, especially during the period of Lebaran 2017. It is expected that the public has a choice of flight schedules, which is in accordance with the wishes. "We will optimize the needs of passengers facing transportation during Ramadan and Lebaran," he said, in Jakarta, Monday (9/5).
Lion Air will fly from Surabaya via Juanda International Airport at 08.00 WIB, the plane will arrive at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport, Palembang at 09.50 WIB, with flight number JT 856. Then the opposite flight from Palembang at 10.45 WIB arrives in Surabaya at 12.35 WIB, With flight number JT 857.
Meanwhile, Yogyakarta Flight through Adi Sutjipto International Airport will depart at 07.00 am, arriving at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport, Pekanbaru at 09.00 WIB, with flight number JT 276. Instead the flight from Pekanbaru will depart at 09.40 WIB, and arrive in Yogyakarta at 11:40 pm With flight number JT 279.
For flight from Palembang via Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport will fly at 13.20 WIB, and arrive at Kualanamu International Airport at 15.00 WIB with flight number JT 846. Instead flight from Kualanamu at 11.00 WIB arrived at Palembang at 12:40 pm with flight number JT 847 .
