Jakarta, January 30, 2017 - To improve service to passengers, Lion Air has officially opened access to prepaid reservations baggage that can be visited via Lion Air website in www.lionair.co.id, also travel agent, or official counter of Lion Air Group ,
As it is known that Lion Air has set itself free of charge for baggage of 20 kg and for excess baggage will be charged according to the weight of the excess. In previous customers who carry more than 20kg of luggage pay the excess baggage at the time of check in at the airport, so now customers can perform prepaid baggage when booking their tickets, so it will be more efficient in terms of time and costs.
Luggage quotas available for 5 Kg, 10 Kg, 15 Kg, 20 Kg, and apply for multiple onwards. Luggage quota prices cheaper than the normal price, and purchase quotas luggage can be done at least 6 hours before departure time.
"With this prepaid baggage option when booking tickets on our website or at the travel agent, we expected to shorten the queue at the check in counter. This is a form of service to make it easier for our loyal customers to travel using the services of Lion Air, so flights with Lion Air will feel more comfortable", Said Andy M.
