Latest information Flights: Mandatory Passenger Requirements for Lion Air Group Air Travel(Period April 19, 2021, Until Further Notice) Last Updated April 18, 2021 | 13.00 WIB (GMT+ 07)
J A K A R T A – April 18, 2021. Lion Air (JT flight code), Wings Air (IW flight code), Batik Air (ID flight code) member of Lion Air Group convey the latest information about the terms and conditions required for each prospective passenger who will conduct air travel (flight) during the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic alert period.
The implementation of Lion Air Group flights continues according to the regulated health protocol guidelines, with the expectation that flight operational can fulfill the safety, security (safety first) as an effort does not cause Covid-19 spreading.
Domestic flight provisions for the period April 1, 2021, until further notice, according to 1) Circular Letter Number 26 of 2021 of the Ministry of Transportation concerning Instructions for Implementing Domestic Travel with Air Transportation during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic. 2) Circular Number 12 of 2021 Task Force for Handling Covid-19 concerning Provisions for the Travel of Domestic People During the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pandemic.
Flights to Central Kalimantan: from April 19, 2021, until further notice referring to the Central Kalimantan Governor's Circular Letter Number. 443.1/ 40/ Task Force Covid-19 on Special Conditions of Travel of People Entering Central Kalimantan Province During the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic 2019 (Covid-19). For flights to Bali: valid on March 23, 2021, until further notice, according to the Circular Letter of the Governor of Bali No. 7 of 2021 concerning the Extension of The Enforcement of Restrictions on Village/Village Based Communities in the New Era Order in Bali Province.
International flight conditions for the period February 9, 2021, until further notice, according to 1) Circular Letter No. 21 of 2021 of the Ministry of Transportation concerning Guidelines for Implementation of International Travel by Air Transportation During the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic 2019 (Covid-19). 2) Circular Letter No. 8 of 2021 of the Task Force on Handling Covid-19 concerning International Travel Health Protocols During the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic 2019 (Covid-19).
Health Test Conditions, to make it easier to verify groupings by age:
- Adult category: still show official identity and still valid such as KTP, Passport, driver's license, or other.
- Category of children and toddlers: those who do not have an official identity must show a certificate such as a birth certificate, birth certificate, family card, or otherwise.

Important Note:
- Prospective passengers not to rely on and rely on GeNose C-19 service only because of the limited inspection capacity of GeNose C-19 engines every hour.
- GeNose C-19 examination: from registration until receiving results ranging from 20 - 30 minutes.
- Arrive at the airport 3 - 4 hours before departure time.
- Prospective passengers already have a flight ticket,
- Prospective passengers must be in good health,
- Prospective passengers are prohibited from smoking, eating, drinking (except water) for 30 minutes before the inspection,
- Prospective passengers register and pay according to the sequence number in the place that has provided,
- The officer delivers the GeNose C-19 bag to prospective passengers after the payment process.
