The ticket purchase process can be made through the following official channels:

• Lion Group official website
• Ticketing office
• Contact center (only serving text conversations/don't serve voice calls)
• Travel agents (tour and travel)

Payment Process Using Payment Code

1. Reservations made through the website can directly use the payment code to make payments.

3. Payment code must be performed at least 12 (twelve) hours before departure to provide sufficient time for passengers to make transactions.

2. Passengers can submit payment links through contact center for credit card or debit card transactions online if booking code is created in advance.
