Reports have been received regarding irresponsible individuals claiming to represent Lion Group and offering various services such as ticket purchases, refunds, seat selection, or other offers through phone calls or WhatsApp numbers other than +62 81119380888. Therefore, we urge the public to stay alert and not fall victim to scams impersonating Lion Group.

How to Identify and Prevent Fraud

1. Verify the Official Number Always contact the official Lion Group WhatsApp number, +62 81119380888 (chat only). Lion Group does not use any other numbers for customer service.

2. Avoid Phone Calls Lion Group never makes voice calls to offer any services. If someone claims to be a Lion Group representative over the phone, ignore and report it immediately.
