JAKARTA, February 10, 2025 –Lion Group is once again offering young individuals the chance to fulfill their dream of becoming flight attendants. Through this recruitment program, successful candidates will receive free cabin crew education and training, providing an incredible opportunity for Indonesians to start a career in aviation with no cost!

Requirements for Non-Experienced Candidates (Initial Flight Attendant):

1. Indonesian citizen (WNI) 

2. Single (Never married)

3. No prior experience as a flight attendant

4. Preferably holds a TOEIC Certificate with a minimum score of 300

5. Attractive, team player, energetic, helpful, and honest

6. Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (D3 graduates preferred)

7. Women aged 18-28 years

8. Minimum height 160 cm (Batik Air) / 158 cm (Wings Air) with a proportional weight

9. Physically and mentally healthy

10. No color blindness (total/partial) and has received at least three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine

11. No braces and no acne

Requirements for Experienced Candidates (Experience):

1. Indonesian citizen (WNI)

2. Must have experience as a flight attendant with FAC certification for Boeing and/or Airbus

3. Preferably holds a TOEIC Certificate with a minimum score of 300

4. Attractive, team player, energetic, helpful, friendly, and honest

5. Minimum education: High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (D3 graduates preferred)

6. Minimum height 160 cm with a proportional weight

7. Maximum age 28 years (for rated B737 NG & A320)

8. Physically and mentally healthy

9. No color blindness (total/partial) and has received at least three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine

10. No braces and no acne
