Updates of handling on Lion Air flight JT 610 of aircraft registration number PK-LQP

JAKARTA - November 3, 2018. Lion Air (JT airline code) member of Lion Air Group
updated on the handling of Lion Air flight JT-610 with registration number PK-LQP, that the Disaster Victim Identification team of Indonesian National Police (DVI Polis) has confirmed today the results of the identification to 13 bodies, namely Rudolf Petrous Sayers (male), Eka Suganda (male), Fifi Hajanto (female), Hendra (male), Dede Anggraini (female), Vera Junita (female), Restia Amelia (female), Eryanto (male), Reni Ariyanti (female), Muhammad Ravi Andrian (male), Niar Ruri Sunarniat Soegiyono (male), Sudibyo Onggowardoyo (male) and Mito (male).
The confirmation was announced at 20:00 WIB after a matching result of the forensic and ante-mortem tests with DNA data that had previously been given by the family to the Indonesian National Police's DVI team.
Tonight, Lion Air has officially handed over the remains to the family through a ceremony at Police Hospitals R. Said Sukanto (RS POLRI). The handover is conducted by the Lion Air Group Director of Airport Service, Capt. Wisnu Wijayanto.
A total of 27 passengers has been identified as of now. On Sunday (04/11) were Dodi Junaidi (male), Muhammad Nasir (male), Janry Efriyanto Sianturi (male), Karmin (male), Harwinoko (male), Verian Utama (male), Rohmanir Pandi Sagala (male). Saturday (03/ 11) were Fauzan Azima (male), Wahyu Susilo (male) and Endang Sri Bagus Nita (female). Friday (02/11) Chandra Kirana (male), Monni (women) and Hezekiah Jorry Saroinsong (male) and (31/10) Jannatun Shintya ​Dewi (woman) were identified.

Lion Air has expressed their deepest condolences to all the family and friends. Lion Air is supporting with the necessary expenses by the families, including the waiting allowance to the families of IDR5 million, grief money of IDR25 million and compensation for death according to ministerial regulation- 77 year 2011, which is IDR1.25 billion as well as reimbursement of baggage at IDR4 million under the said rules. However, the reimbursement of baggage by Lion Air is
offered at IDR50 million.
The National Police DVI team is also still carry out in-depth identification process that encompasses forensic and DNA testing.
Lion Air's family assistance at every post for JT-610 is on-going.

The representatives of Lion Air's management was also at post Cawang, Post Police Hospital, East Jakarta and Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, to give morale support to the family members of the passengers, crew and the evacuation team.

The search operations for all passengers, crew and JT-610 plane that crashed (on 29/10) in the waters of Karawang, West Java is on-going.
